Throughout this 4 hour workshop, you will learn about the importance of Advance Directives, How to choose your Health Care Power of Attorney, how to navigate a living will, how to decide what you want to be done if you cannot make your own decisions, and so much more. You will receive advance directives to download and work through during this course. And you will learn how to discuss your decisions with those who matter most to you which increases the hope for a peaceful end of life for you and those you love.
