About the Event
It's easy to procrastinate end-of-life planning when you don’t know where to begin. This gentle introductory session helps you understand what a thoughtful plan includes and why it matters to you and the people you love.
Led by Maureen Kures, RN and certified Death Doula, this session introduces the key parts of end-of-life planning, including advance directives, medical decision-making, personal values, family conversations, and the questions people don’t know to ask.
You won’t be completing your documents during this session. Instead, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what planning involves, what choices may be ahead, and what your next step could look like.
This is a calm, compassionate place to begin; no pressure, no judgment, because the best time to start anything new is now.
